발명에 의하면, 리튬실리케이트와 포타슘실리케이트가 5~8 : 2~5의 부피비로 혼합된 침투성혼합물 100 중량부와; 침투성혼합물 100 중량부를 기준으로, 알킬트리에톡시실란 5~25 중량부, 아질산염 0.5~15 중량부 및 염화물 0.01~0.1 중량부가 혼합된 흡수방지성혼합물을 포함하고, 침투성혼합물과 흡수방지성혼합물이 1:1 내지 1:3의 부피비로 혼합되어 일액형 타입으로 제조되는 콘크리트 표면 도포용 액상형 모노머 흡수 방지제가 제공된다.
