The present invention relates to a charcoal board for reducing radon emission and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the method includes the steps of: adding a polyvinyl alcohol adhesive solution to charcoal powder having a particle size distribution of 80 to 85% with a mesh size of 6 to 40 and mixing the same (S100); and injecting a mixed solution into a wooden mold and molding the same (S200).
