본 발명은, 콘크리트 구조물을 연결하여 시공한 후에 구조물의 이음부위인 구조물과 구조물 사이에 삽입하여 양측 구조물의 측면에 각각 밀착되도록 하여 외기온도에 따른 구조물의 신축량 흡수는 물론 구조물의 이음부위에서 구조물 내부로 빗물이나 지하수가 누수되는 것을 차단하고 방수기능도 할 수 있는, 콘크리트 구조물 이음부의 방수와 누수차단 겸용 신축이음재 및 그 시공방법을 제공하기 위한 것이다.
