본 발명에 따른 시멘트 보수 모르타르 조성물 및 이를 이용한 구조물의 보수 보강 공법은 실재 및 본주입재에 칼슘설포알루미네이트와 급결성 광물인 비정질 칼슘알루미네이트, 무수석고를 배합하고 여기에 급결보조제로서 알루민산나트륨, 그리고 강도발현 보조제로서 황산나트륨과 리튬카보네이트를 첨가하여 기존공법의 물유리를 대체할 수 있으며, 종래의 강관다단 공법에 비해 1일 이내에 시공을 완료하고 다음 작업을 진행할 수 있어 공기 단축 효과가 매우 탁월하면서도 장기적으로 시공면의 내구성을 크게 증진시키는 효과를 가진다.
