본 발명은 건식 벽체 시공 시 브래킷 고정을 위한 체결 부재의 체결 전까지 토글 앵커를 경량 벽패널에 견고하게 고정할 수 있고, 브래킷 시공 시 경량 벽패널의 전면으로 돌출되는 부분이 없어 브래킷을 경량 벽패널의 전면에 밀착 설치할 수 있는 가이드슬리브가 벽체 내에 완전 매립되는 건식 벽체용 앵커에 대한 것이다. 본 발명 가이드슬리브가 벽체 내에 완전 매립되는 건식 벽체용 앵커는 경량 벽패널의 전면에 브래킷을 고정하기 위해 경량 벽패널에 형성된 앵커홀을 관통하여 결합되는 토글 앵커에 관한 것으로, 내주면에 암나사산이 형성된 결합공이 후단에 형성되어 상기 앵커홀의 내부에 삽입되는 앵커 본체; 상기 앵커 본체의 전방에 중앙부가 회전 가능하게 결합되어 회전에 의해 경량 벽패널의 배면에 걸려 지지되는 걸림 부재; 상기 앵커 본체의 후단 측에 결합되는 스트랩; 및 상기 스트랩의 후방 측에 결합되어 브래킷의 가압에 의해 앵커홀 내부로 삽입되는 것으로 중앙에 관통홀이 형성되어 상기 스트랩이 관통되는 가이드슬리브와 상기 가이드슬리브의 중앙 측 외주면에 돌출 형성되는 플랜지로 구성되되, 상기 플랜지는 브래킷 가압 시 경량 벽패널의 앵커홀 입구에 걸려 파단됨으로써 가이드슬리브와 분리될 수 있도록 구성되는 캡 부재; 로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
The present invention relates to a dry wall anchor with a guide sleeve being fully built in a wall, wherein a toggle anchor may be solidly fixed at a lightweight wall panel until a fastening member is fastened for fixing a bracket when a dry wall is constructed, and a bracket may come in contact with the front surface of the lightweight wall panel because a portion protruding to the front surface of the lightweight wall panel does not exist during the construction of the bracket. To this end, the dry wall anchor with a guide sleeve being fully built in a wall according to the present invention is coupled by penetrating an anchor hole formed at the lightweight wall panel to fix a bracket at the front surface of the lightweight wall panel, and may comprise: an anchor main body at which a coupling hole having a female screw thread formed on the inner circumferential surface is formed at the rear end thereof and which is inserted into the anchor hole; a latching member of which the central portion is rotationally coupled to the front side of the anchor main body to be supported after being latched at the rear surface of the lightweight wall panel by means of rotation; a strap coupled to the rear end side of the anchor main body; and a cap member which is coupled to the rear side of the strap, and of which the center has a penetrating hole such that the flange is formed to protrude from the outer circumferential surface at the center of the guide sleeve through which the strap penetrates and which is inserted into the anchor hole by means of the pressure of the bracket.
