A window cover assembly and a window including the same are disclosed. The window cover assembly according to the present invention is the window cover assembly provided on a window including a window and a window frame to change the color of the window, wherein a first assembly part is mounted on the window frame. The first assembly part includes: a first decoration plate mounted to cover a part of the window frame; and a first cover that is provided at a corner area of the window frame, is arranged to cover the first decoration plate, and is provided with a binding member on the inner surface that contacts the window frame and the first decoration plate, respectively. Thus, the window cover assembly and the window including the same can be used for easily changing the color of windows.
