The present invention relates to a UV protection scarf and, more specifically, to a UV protection scarf, wherein an implant is inserted into the scarf to improve wearing comfort, and a functional kit is mounted on the implant to provide various effects such as antioxidation, sterilization, oxygen supply, air purification, odor removal, and skin aging prevention. The UV protection scarf of the present invention comprises: a scarf main body portion formed in a cylindrical shape to cover a user's face or neck area; and an implant inserted into the scarf main body portion, wherein the scarf main body portion is formed inside the main body of the scarf and comprises: an implant receiving portion formed at a location corresponding to the user's nose and mouth and having an insertion hole for inserting the implant; ear loop hole portions formed on the left and right sides of the scarf main body portion to be put around the user's ears; and an ear cover portion formed on top of the ear loop hole portion to cover the user's ear.
