The present invention relates to a semi-automatic locking device fixed to a moving body to fix an object. Provided is a semi-locking device comprising: a coupled assembly coupled and fixed to a locking part of an object; a linear drive part connected to at least one side of the coupled assembly, and driving a linear motion when unlocked from the locking part; a moving assembly connected to the linear drive part and moving to be locked to or unlocked from the locking part by driving the linear drive part; and an unlocking part assembled so that one side surface of the moving assembly can be engaged with at least one surface, and performing a locking or unlocking operation. Therefore, provided is a semi-automatic locking device, which does not use a separate electromotive device and prevents the mismanipulation of a user.
