The present invention may provide a vehicle door collision prevention device including: an obstacle detection unit which detects obstacles including people or objects outside a vehicle; and an opening/closing angle adjusting unit installed inside a vehicle door, capable of adjusting the opening/closing angle of the vehicle door by adjusting the movable section of a checker bracket whose position is moved as the door is opened/closed.
