본원발명은 비점오염저감시설, 보다 구체적으로는 비점오염저감시설의 여재를 역세척하는 수단 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 본원발명은 처리대상수의 오염물질을 제거하는 여재, 상기 여재가 유출되지 않도록 내장하되 처리대상수가 통과하는 여재층, 상기 여재층이 구비된 여과조 및 상기 여재로 비점오염물질 여과 후 여재와 여재에 달라붙은 오염물질이 혼재된 여재층 오염수에서 상기 오염물질을 제거하는 역세척 수단을 포함하는 비점오염저감시설에 있어서; 상기 여재층 내 오염수 흐름(S)이 형성되되, 상기 여재층은 상부 메쉬망, 하부 메쉬망을 포함하고, 상기 여재는 상기 상부 메쉬망과 상기 하부 메쉬망 사이에 충전되며, 상기 상부 메쉬망 또는 하부 메쉬망은 상하 굴곡진 형상이 연속되는 파형(波形)이어서 상기 여재층 오염수 흐름 시 상기 여재층의 높이가 변화되어 상기 여재층 내 여재가 위아래로 움직이게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비점오염물질저감시설을 제공한다.
The present invention relates to a nonpoint pollution reduction facility, and more specifically to, a means and a method for backwashing filter media of the nonpoint pollution reduction facility. The present invention relates to the nonpoint pollution reduction facility including a filter media cleaning means which filters a nonpoint pollutant with the filter media and removes pollutants in filter media layer polluted water in which the filter media and the pollutants attached to the filter media are mixed. The filter media cleaning means is a pollutants desorption filter media circulation device comprising: a filter media suction means suctioning filter media layer polluted water in which the filter media and the pollutants are mixed to a filter media transporting line through a filter media inlet formed at the filter media layer; a pollutants desorption device disturbing the filter media layer polluted water in which the filter media and the pollutants are mixed transported by the filter media suction means to separate the pollutants from the filter media; and a filter media recharging port through which the filter media layer polluted water in a state where the pollutants and the filter media are separated is reintroduced into the filter media layer. According to the pollutants desorption filter media circulation device of the present invention, the device can increase backwashing efficiency to clean filter media with minimal cleaning water. Therefore, filter media cleaning is possible only with treated water in the nonpoint pollution reduction facility, whereby the device is economically favorable in construction and maintenance without having a separate treated water tank or backwashing water supply lines.
