본 발명은 중합도가 700 내지 1,700인 PVC 레진 100중량부에 대하여, 리놀렌산 마스터배치 혼합물 1 내지 10중량부, Ca-Zn계 안정제 또는 메틸 TIN 안정제 0.1 내지 5중량부, 내부 및 외부 활제 0.1 내지 2중량부, 가공조제 0.1 내지 3중량부, 무기항균제 0.1 내지 0.2중량부 및 영구대전방지제 0.1 내지 0.5 중량부로 조성된다. 또한, 상기 리놀렌산 M/B 혼합물은 PVC 레진 100중량부에 대하여 리놀렌산 0.1 내지 10중량부, 활제 0.1 내지 2중량부, 지당 0.1 내지 5 중량부로 조성된 오수받이용 PVC 수지조성물로 상기 수지조성물로 성형된 오수받이용 PVC 수지관은 발수성, 내진성 및 염색 견뢰도 등이 뛰어난 점에 특징이 있다.
