COMPOSITION FOR WINDOW PROFILE WITH ENHANCED DIMENSIONAL STABILITY AND MECHANICAL PROPERTY AND WINDOW PROFILE MANUFACTURED BY USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a resin composition for windows, including (a) 20-70 wt% of styrene vinylcyano based copolymer; (b) 15-40 wt% of acrylic rubber graft resins; and (c) 1-15 wt% of inorganic fillers, and a manufactured window by using the same wherein the resin composition for windows is allowed to minimize creation of warping, modification and discoloration and improve mechanical properties like impact strength and tensile strength as building materials, thereby being used in building materials like windows.
본 발명은 (a) 스티렌계-비닐시안계 공중합체 20~70 중량%; (b) 아크릴계 고무 그라프트 수지 15~40 중량%; 및 (c) 무기 필러 1~15 중량%를 포함하는 창호용 수지 조성물, 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 창호에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 창호용 수지 조성물은 건축자재로서 형태의 뒤틀림, 변형, 색상 변색 등의 발생을 최소화할 뿐 아니라, 동시에 충격 강도, 인장 강도 등의 기계적 물성을 현저하게 개선시킬 수 있어, 건축자재, 특히 창호에 널리 적용될 수 있다.
