NON-POWER RAINWATER TREATING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND RAINWATER TREATING MANAGEMENT METHOD
The present invention is to provide a non-power rainwater treatment system for an environmentally friendly pocket park and a rainwater treatment method capable of applying a low impact development (LID) which can store, supply, filter, and recycle rainwater to an urban green area, such as a pocket park which is open to the general public and formed in common with an open area of an adjacent land or around a focal point of major pedestrian ways, and being operated without power. To achieve the purpose, the present invention provides the non-power rainwater treatment system for a pocket park as a system to utilize the rainwater in the urban green area including the pocket park. The non-power rainwater treatment system for a pocket park comprises: a permeation unit to lead the rainwater toward the ground; a supply unit to collect and supply the rainwater permeated through the permeation unit; a filtering unit to filter the rainwater received from the supply unit; a storage unit to store the rainwater filtered in the filtering unit; and a non-power rainwater supply unit to lead the rainwater stored in the storage unit to the ground through a capillary phenomenon.
본 발명은 일반 대중에게 상시 개방하고 인접대지 내 공지와 공동으로 조성되거나 주요 보행 결절 점 주변에 조성되는 쌈지공원과 같은 도심 녹지에서 빗물의 저류와 송수 및 여과처리 그리고 재활용할 수 있는 저영향개발(LID: Low Impact Development) 을 적용하고, 무동력으로 운용될 수 있도록 한 자연 친화적인 쌈지공원용 무동력 빗물처리 운용설비 및 빗물처리 운용 방법을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은, 쌈지공원를 포함하는 도심 녹지에서 빗물을 활용하기 위한 설비로서, 빗물을 지반 측으로 유도하는 투수 유닛; 상기 투수유닛으로부터 투수되어 오는 빗물을 집수하고 송수하는 송수 유닛; 상기 송수 유닛으로부터 제공받는 빗물을 여과처리하는 여과처리 유닛; 상기 여과처리 유닛에서 여과 처리된 빗물을 제공받아 저류하는 저류 유닛; 및 모세관현상을 통해 상기 저류 유닛에 저류된 빗물을 지반층으로 유도하는 무동력 빗물공급 유닛을 포함하는 쌈지공원용 무동력 빗물처리 운용설비를 제공한다.
