SELF-ASSEMBLY ALUMINIUM DECK PANEL USING FILLER
A self-assembly aluminum deck panel using a filler comprises: a plurality of panel plates which are an aluminum material and are connected to each other; a support unit supporting the panel plates on a bottom surface of a structure; a drainage channel mounted on an end of the panel plates and draining water flowing into a connection surface of the panel plates to the outside; and an extended unit mounted on the other end of the panel plates to be connected to be fitted to an upper portion of the drainage channel of a neighboring panel plate. A filler is filled inside the panel plates. According to the self-assembly aluminum deck panel using a filler, a filler is filled inside the aluminum deck plates for noise generated in a connection portion of the deck plates to be significantly reduced. As a filler is a support base, structural strength of the aluminum deck plates can be reinforced.
채움재를 이용한 조립식 알루미늄 데크 패널은 다수개가 서로 연결되는 알루미늄 재질의 패널 플레이트와, 패널 플레이트를 건축물 바닥면에 지지하는 지지부와, 패널 플레이트의 일단에 구비되어 패널 플레이트의 이음면 사이로 유입되는 물을 외부로 배수하는 배수 채널과, 패널 플레이트의 타단에 구비되어 이웃하는 패널 플레이트의 배수 채널의 상부와 끼움 맞춤식으로 연결되는 연장부를 포함하고, 패널 플레이트 내부에는 채움재가 채워진다. 이와 같이 구성되는 채움재를 이용한 조립식 알루미늄 데크 패널에 의하면, 알루미늄 데크 플레이트 내부에 채움재를 채움으로써 데크 플레이트의 연결부분에서 발생하는 소음을 현저하게 감소시킬 수 있고, 채움재가 지지 기반이 되기 때문에 알루미늄 데크 플레이트의 구조적 강도를 보강할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
