THE BLOCK PASSING EASILY RAINWATER AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF PAVE MENT USING THE BLOCK
The present invention relates to a paving block enabling rainwater to be easily permeable into the block paving a road or ground surface and a paving method using the same. The upper part of a first block according to the present invention is formed into a red-clay unit, and the lower part of the first block is formed into a mortar unit wherein sand and cement are mixed. A mesh net is inserted inside mortar to reinforce the mortar unit. A second block according to the present invention is formed by using a synthetic resin, thereby having the configuration identical to that of the first block. A supporting plate is integrated with the second block. The present invention provides the block capable of preventing damage to the block and the constructing method using the block including a step of forming the block wherein a dome-shaped space unit is formed on the mortar unit; a step of flattening the ground surface by compacting; a step of spreading sand; a step of piling an intake pipe into the ground; a step of seating the blocks by forming partitions or the supporting plate with a hole drilled on the center and drilling multiple holes on the ground; a step of forming multiple holes on the partition bottom and a hole on a selected partition floor seating unit and placing a supporting mat wherein a filtering member is placed; a step of inserting and fixing the block on the seating unit; and a step of connecting the intake pipe to the hole formed on the supporting plate or the supporting mat; and a step of inserting an impact absorbing member between the blocks.
본 발명은 도로 또는 지면을 포장하는 블록을 빗물의 침투가 용이하게 구성한 포장용 블록과 그 블록을 이용한 포장방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 제1블록의 상부는 황토부로 구성되고 하부는 모래 시멘트 혼합한 모르타르부로 구성되며 상기 모르타르부를 보강하기 위해 모르타르부의 내부에는 메시망이 삽입되어 있다. 본 발명에 의한 제2블록은 합성수지를 소재로 하여 사출성형하여 제1블록과 같이 구성할 수 있고, 받침판을 제2블록과 일체로 성형할 수 있다. 모르타르부에 돔형의 공간부가 형성되는 블록을 구성하는 과정과, 지면을 다지기 하여 평탄하게 하는 과정과, 모래를 살포하는 과정과, 지면에 유입관을 삽입하는 과정과, 지면에 여러 개의 구멍과 그 중앙에 홀이 천공된 받침판 또는 여러 개의 칸막이를 형성하여 여러 개의 블록이 동시에 안착할 수 있고 상기 칸막이 바닥에 여러 개의 구멍과 선택한 칸막이 바닥 안착부에 홀을 형성하고 거름부재를 깐 받침매트를 배치하는 과정과, 상기 안착부 위에 블록을 삽입 고정하는 과정과, 받침판 또는 받침매트에 형성되는 홀에 유입관을 연결하는 과정과, 상기와 같은 블록과 블록 사이에 충격방지부재를 삽입하여 블록의 파손을 방지할 수 있는 블록과 그 블록을 이용한 시공방법을 제공하는 것이다.
