Disclosed are an additive for asphalt concrete at medium to low temperature and a manufacturing method thereof, and asphalt concrete using an additive for asphalt concrete at medium to low temperature and a manufacturing method thereof. An additive for asphalt concrete at medium to low temperature of the present invention is configured to be mixed with a first mixture matured by mixing either one selected from porous EPDM or CR rubber with process oil, a second mixture matured by mixing either one selected from SBS or SIS with process oil, and a third mixture for selecting any one from PE WAX, EVA WAX, and SASOBIT WAX and one or more from LDPE, HDPE, and EVA to melt, pulverize, and extrude and then pulverizing the same in 3 mm or less.
중저온화 아스팔트 콘크리트 첨가제 및 그 제조방법 그리고, 중저온화 아스팔트 콘크리트 첨가제를 이용한 아스팔트 콘크리트 및 그 제조방법이 소개된다. 본 발명의 중저온화 아스팔트 콘크리트 첨가제는 다공질의 EPDM 또는 CR고무 중에서 선택된 어느 하나와 프로세스 오일을 혼합하여 숙성한 제1혼합물과, SBS 또는 SIS 중에서 선택된 어느 하나와 프로세스 오일을 혼합하여 숙성한 제2혼합물과, PE WAX, EVA WAX, SASOBIT WAX 중에서 선택된 어느 하나와 LDPE, HDPE, EVA 중에서 하나 이상을 선택하여 융융, 분쇄, 압출한 후 3mm 이하로 분쇄한 제3혼합물이 혼합된 것을 특징으로 한다.
