COMBINED CONNECTOR OF CORRUGATED STEEL PIPE
The present invention relates to a combined connecting material for a corrugated steel pipe, wherein a coupling member is installed by a coupling force of a protrusion unit of a connection band and a corrugated steel pipe to complexly improve a connection force of a corrugated steel pipe. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a combined connecting material for a corrugated steel pipe comprises: an inside watertight member which is a cylindrical section shape wherein a drain passage is formed, surrounds both end portions of two corrugated steel pipes wherein a protrusion unit of a spiral shape is repeatedly formed, and is fixated on the corrugated steel pipes by an adhesive bond or a double-sided tape; an outside watertight member which is a cylindrical shape wherein the inside is empty, and surrounds the inside watertight member; a connection band which is a galvanized steel sheet, surrounds both end portions of the corrugated steel pipes, the inside watertight member, and the outside watertight member as the corrugated steel pipes are adjacent to each other, and is symmetrically formed as the corrugated steel pipes are in between both sides of a U-shaped bending unit which is in contact with the protrusion unit; and a fastening bracket fastening the connection band by a bolt coupling.
본 발명은 연결밴드와 파형강관의 돌출부의 체결력에 의해 결합부재를 설치하여 파형 강관의 연결력을 복합적으로 향상시킨 복합형 파형 강관 연결재에 대한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 복합형 파형 강관 연결재는, 내부에 배수 통로가 형성되는 원통형의 단면 형상으로서 나선형의 돌출부가 반복적으로 형성되는 2개의 파형 강관의 양 단부를 각각 둘러싸고 접착본드 또는 양면테이프에 의해 파형 강관에 고정되는 내부 수밀부재; 상기 내부 수밀부재를 하나로 둘러싸는 내부가 빈 원통형의 외부 수밀부재; 상기 2개의 파형 강관이 인접한 상태에서 파형 강관의 양 단부와 내부 수밀부재 및 외부 수밀부재를 감싸며, 상기 돌출부와 접촉하는 U자 형상의 절곡부가 양측의 파형 강관을 사이에 두고 대칭되게 형성된 아연 도금강판 재질의 연결밴드; 및 상기 연결밴드를 볼트 체결에 의해 조이는 조임용 브래킷; 을 포함한다.

The present invention relates to a combined connecting material for a corrugated steel pipe, wherein a coupling member is installed by a coupling force of a protrusion unit of a connection band and a corrugated steel pipe to complexly improve a connection force of a corrugated steel pipe.
