The present invention relates to a reinforcing bar coupler, capable of connecting two reinforcing bars, having a rib protrusion in a longitudinal direction and a joint protrusion in a circumference direction formed at an edge part, with each other. The reinforcing bar coupler includes a left combination unit having a plurality of joint protrusion accepting grooves formed to insert a joint protrusion of a reinforcing bar, having a plurality of ratchet protrusions formed to support the joint protrusion, having an outer taper surface with a lock protrusion formed on an upper outer surface, and having an inner surface formed into an inner tapper surface; a right combination unit having a plurality of joint protrusion accepting grooves formed to insert a joint protrusion of a reinforcing bar, having a plurality of ratchet protrusions formed to support the joint protrusion, having an outer taper surface with a lock protrusion formed on an upper outer surface, and having an inner surface formed into an inner tapper surface; and a cap lock combined with the outer taper surfaces of the left and right combination units to combine two reinforcing bars. Therefore, according to the present invention, the simple combination of reinforcing bars enables air reduction and the reduction of material costs, and the thickness of a concrete cover of a reinforcing bar concrete structure is sufficiently satisfied because of its small volume.
본 발명은 철근 커플러에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 철근 커플러는 둘레부에 원주방향의 마디돌기와 길이방향의 리브돌기가 형성된 두 개의 철근을 상호 연결하기 위한 철근 커플러에 있어서, 상기 하나의 철근의 마디돌기가 끼워지도록 내면에 복수 개의 마디돌기 수용홈과 상기 철근의 마디돌기가 걸리면서 지지되는 복수 개의 래칫돌기가 함몰 형성되고, 상부 외면에 락(Lock) 돌기를 갖는 외부 테이퍼면이 형성되며, 하부에 원형링 모양으로 관통 형성되어 내면이 내부 테이퍼면으로 형성된 좌측 결속구와; 상기 하나의 철근의 마디돌기가 끼워지도록 내면에 복수 개의 마디돌기 수용홈과 상기 철근의 마디돌기가 걸리면서 지지되는 복수 개의 래칫돌기가 함몰 형성되고, 상부 외면에 락(Lock) 돌기를 갖는 외부 테이퍼면이 형성되며, 상기 좌측 결속구의 내부 테이퍼면에 끼워지도록 일측에 하부 테이퍼면이 형성된 우측 결속구; 및 상기 좌측 결속구와 우측 결속구의 외부 테이퍼면에 각각 테이퍼 결합되어 상기 두 개의 철근을 결합시키는 캡 록(Cap Lock);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서 본 발명에 따르면 간단한 철근 결합으로 인한 공기단축, 재료 절감으로 인한 원가절감, 외경이 작아 체적이 적으므로 철근 콘크리트 구조의 콘크리트 피복 두께를 충분히 만족시킬 수 있는 철근 커플러를 제공할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Therefore, according to the present invention, the simple combination of reinforcing bars enables air reduction and the reduction of material costs, and the thickness of a concrete cover of a reinforcing bar concrete structure is sufficiently satisfied because of its small volume.
본 발명은 철근 커플러에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 철근 커플러는 둘레부에 원주방향의 마디돌기와 길이방향의 리브돌기가 형성된 두 개의 철근을 상호 연결하기 위한 철근 커플러에 있어서, 상기 하나의 철근의 마디돌기가 끼워지도록 내면에 복수 개의 마디돌기 수용홈과 상기 철근의 마디돌기가 걸리면서 지지되는 복수 개의 래칫돌기가 함몰 형성되고, 상부 외면에 락(Lock) 돌기를 갖는 외부 테이퍼면이 형성되며, 하부에 원형링 모양으로 관통 형성되어 내면이 내부 테이퍼면으로 형성된 좌측 결속구와; 상기 하나의 철근의 마디돌기가 끼워지도록 내면에 복수 개의 마디돌기 수용홈과 상기 철근의 마디돌기가 걸리면서 지지되는 복수 개의 래칫돌기가 함몰 형성되고, 상부 외면에 락(Lock) 돌기를 갖는 외부 테이퍼면이 형성되며, 상기 좌측 결속구의 내부 테이퍼면에 끼워지도록 일측에 하부 테이퍼면이 형성된 우측 결속구; 및 상기 좌측 결속구와 우측 결속구의 외부 테이퍼면에 각각 테이퍼 결합되어 상기 두 개의 철근을 결합시키는 캡 록(Cap Lock);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서 본 발명에 따르면 간단한 철근 결합으로 인한 공기단축, 재료 절감으로 인한 원가절감, 외경이 작아 체적이 적으므로 철근 콘크리트 구조의 콘크리트 피복 두께를 충분히 만족시킬 수 있는 철근 커플러를 제공할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
