MOLD AND MOLD MANUFACTURE METHOD FOR BREAST WALL BLOCK CORRECTION OF FORMING
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a high quality mold by improving the structure in order to improve the durability of the mold when forming the mold to manufacture a retaining block with wet cement. To achieve the purpose, the mold for forming a retaining wall block includes a metal bottom plate having an injection hole formed to inject synthetic rubber; a metal reinforcing bar having a metal side plate formed on a border of the metal bottom plate and having a net sifter welded inside; and a retaining wall frame formed by injecting the synthetic rubber into metal reinforcing bar and the net sifter formed in the metal reinforcing bar. A method to manufacture a mold for forming a retaining wall block includes a process of manufacturing the metal reinforcing bar having the net sifter welded inside; a process of manufacturing a retaining wall block model; a process of placing the metal reinforcing bar on the retaining wall block model and injecting the synthetic rubber, used for the material of the mold, into an injection hole of the metal reinforcing bar; and a process of heating the mold at predetermined temperature and integrating the retaining wall block model with the metal reinforcing bar. According to the present invention, as the retaining wall block frame is not deformed with an improved structure, the mold is able to be used for a long time so the mold is economical. Moreover, the reliability and quality of the retaining wall block manufactured in the mold are continuously raised and the mold having improved durability is simply provided.
본 발명은 습식 시멘트로 옹벽블록을 제조하기 위한 몰드를 구성시, 몰드의 내구성이 크게 향상되도록 구조를 개선하여 품질이 우수한 몰드를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있으며, 상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 옹벽블록 성형용 몰드는, 합성고무 주입을 위한 주입구멍이 형성된 금속밑판과, 상기 금속밑판의 테두리에 금속측판이 일체로 형성되고 내면에 망체가 용접으로 고정된 금속보강대와, 상기와 같이 구성된 금속보강대의 내면에 형성된 망체와 금속보강대의 내면에 합성고무가 주입되어 옹벽블록 형틀이 형성되며, 벽블록 성형용 몰드 제조방법은, 망체가 용접으로 내면에 고정된 금속보강대를 제조하는 공정과, 옹벽블록 모형체를 제조하는 공정과, 상기 금속보강대를 옹벽블록 모형체 위에 올려놓고 몰드의 소재로 사용되는 합성고무를 금속보강대에 형성된 주입구를 통해 주입하는 공정과, 합성고무 소재로 형성되는 몰드에 일정한 온도를 가열하고 탈형하여 금속보강대와 옹벽블록 모형체를 일체화시키는 몰드 제조방법을 제공하는 것이 본 발명에 특징이며, 본 발명에 의하면, 옹벽블록 형틀이 개선된 구조에 의해서 변형이 되지 않기 때문에 몰드를 오랜기간 사용할 수 있어 경제적인 몰드를 제공할 수 있으며, 또한, 옹벽블록 성형용 몰드에 제조된 옹벽블록의 품질에 신뢰를 지속적으로 높일 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 본 발명에 의하면 내구성이 향상된 옹벽블록 성형용 몰드를 간단하게 제공할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
