AUTOMATIC SLIDING DOOR ASSEMBLY STRUCTURE HAVING IMPROVED AIRTIGHT AND INSULATION
The present invention relates to an automatic door assembly structure with improved airtightness and insulation property capable of having a remarkable soundproof effect and an insulation effect due to wind breaking as airtightness is improved by applying an airtight structure between a bottom of an opening and closing door and a floor and a top of the opening and closing door, and a driving part installation box in the automatic door opened and closed by a motor. In the automatic door assembly structure in accordance to the present invention, the opening and closing door is opened and closed on the floor, and a floor embedding body is longitudinally embedded on an indoor floor of the side surface of the opening and closing door. The floor embedding body comprises: vertical parts vertically positioned on both side surfaces; a lower horizontal part connecting the bottom of the vertical parts having a pair of protrusions parts protruding upwards; and a concealment part having a pair of coupling protrusion parts protruding downward and coupled to a plate-shaped member with the protrusion parts, a second gasket coupling groove formed on the outdoor end of the plate-shaped member, and a space part formed between the second gasket coupling groove and the upper end of the indoor vertical part when the protrusion parts and the coupling protrusion parts are coupled. A guide wing is mounted on the bottom of an opening and closing door frame of the opening and closing door. The opening and closing door is opened and closed in a state where the bottom of the guide wing is inserted in the space part of the floor embedding body. A gap between the bottom of the opening and closing door and the floor is sealed while the front end of a second gasket in which one end mounted on the second gasket coupling groove is bent into an inverse L-shape is in contact with the indoor side of the guide wing.
본 발명은 모터의 구동에 의해 개폐되는 자동문에 개폐문의 하단부와 바닥면 및 상단부와 구동부설치박스 사이에 기밀구조를 적용하여 기밀성을 향상시킴으로써, 현저한 방음효과는 물론 방풍으로 인한 단열효과도 갖게 되는 기밀성과 단열성을 향상시킨 자동문의 조립구조에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 자동문의 조립구조는, 바닥면 상에서 개폐문이 개폐작동되고, 길이방향을 따라 개폐문의 측면 실내측 바닥에 바닥매립체가 매설되어 구성되는데, 상기 바닥매립체는, 양 측면에 각각 수직으로 위치하는 수직부; 수직부의 하단부분끼리를 연결하며, 한쌍의 돌출부가 상방으로 돌출 형성된 하부수평부; 판상의 부재에 상기 돌출부와 체결되는 한쌍의 체결돌부가 하방으로 돌출 형성되고, 판상의 부재의 실외측 단부에는 제2가스켓 체결홈이 형성되어 있으며, 상기 돌출부와 체결돌부가 결합되었을 때 제2가스켓 체결홈과 실내측 수직부 상단부 사이에 공간부가 형성되도록 구성된 은폐부를 포함하여 구성되며, 개폐문의 개폐문프레임 하단부에는 안내날개가 장착되고, 안내날개의 하단부가 상기 바닥매립체에 형성된 공간부에 삽입된 상태로 개폐문이 개폐작동하며, 제2가스켓 체결홈에 장착되어 있는 단부가 '┌' 형상으로 절곡된 제2가스켓의 선단부분이 안내날개의 실내측에 접하면서 개폐문의 하단부와 바닥면 사이를 밀폐시키도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.

A guide wing is mounted on the bottom of an opening and closing door frame of the opening and closing door. The opening and closing door is opened and closed in a state where the bottom of the guide wing is inserted in the space part of the floor embedding body. A gap between the bottom of the opening and closing door and the floor is sealed while the front end of a second gasket in which one end mounted on the second gasket coupling groove is bent into an inverse L-shape is in contact with the indoor side of the guide wing.
