THE DETACHABLE DECK PLATE STRUCTURE
The present invention provides a detachable deck plate structure to detach a deck plate (D) to which a truss rebar (100) is fixated by a fixture (300) to be poured with concrete (C), wherein a detachment sheet (200) is applied to the top of the deck plate (D) to facilitate the detachment of the deck plate (D) by separating the lower surface of the concrete (C) from the upper surface of the deck plate (D) with the detachment sheet (200) when the fixture (300) is separated. In addition to this, the fixture (300) includes: a fixating pipe (320) wherein a round bar insertion hole (321) is formed at the bottom, a fixating pin expanding slit (325) is formed on the outer circumference, and a lower chord fixating groove (322) is formed at the top; a fixating pin (324) fastened to the fixating pin expanding slit (325) in an elastic manner; and a fixating key (310) including a round bar (312) having a fixating pin fastening slit (313) on the upper outer circumference.
본 발명은 트러스철근(100)이 고정구(300)로 고정된 데크플레이트(D)를 설치하고 콘크리트(C) 타설 후 상기 데크플레이트(D)를 탈형하기 위한 것으로, 상기 데크플레이트(D) 상부에는 탈형용시트(200);가 포설되어, 상기 고정구(300) 분리시 상기 탈형용시트(200)가 상기 콘크리트(C) 하부면과 상기 데크플레이트(D) 상부면을 이격시켜 상기 데크플레이트(D)의 탈형을 용이하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 착탈식 데크플레이트 구조를 제공한다. 더불어, 상기 고정구(300)는, 하부에 원형봉삽입구멍(321)이 형성되고 외주면에 고정핀확개슬릿(325)이 형성되며 상단에 하현재고정홈(322)이 형성된 고정관(320); 상기 고정핀확개슬릿(325)에 탄성력을 가지고 체결되는 고정핀(324); 상단 외주면에 고정핀결속슬릿(313)이 형성된 원형봉(312)을 포함하는 고정키(310); 를 포함하여 구성되되, 상기 하현재고정홈(322)에 상기 트러스철근(100)의 하부부재인 하현재(120)가 삽입되어 고정되고, 상기 데크플레이트(D)에 형성된 원형봉관통구멍(D1)에 상기 고정키(310)의 상기 원형봉(312)이 삽입되어 상기 고정핀(324)이 상기 고정핀확개슬릿(325)과 상기 고정핀결속슬릿(313)을 탄성력을 가지고 함께 체결하고 있다가, 상기 고정키(310)가 90도 회전하면 상기 고정핀(324)으로부터 상기 고정핀결속슬릿(313)의 결속상태가 해제되어 상기 고정키(310)를 분리할 수 있으므로 상기 데크플레이트(D)가 상기 콘크리트(C)로부터 탈형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 착탈식 데크플레이트 구조를 제공한다.

The present invention provides a detachable deck plate structure to detach a deck plate (D) to which a truss rebar (100) is fixated by a fixture (300) to be poured with concrete (C), wherein a detachment sheet (200) is applied to the top of the deck plate (D) to facilitate the detachment of the deck plate (D) by separating the lower surface of the concrete (C) from the upper surface of the deck plate (D) with the detachment sheet (200) when the fixture (300) is separated.
