HORIZONTAL WELL DRILLING DEVICE FOR CLOSING END PART THEREOF
The present invention relates to a horizontal well drilling device for sealing a front end. The present invention comprises: a driving motor coupled to one side surface of a support plate and providing a rotating force; a drilling member composed of a rod connected to the driving motor and rotated by a rotational force provided from the driving motor and a bead provided in an end part of the rod to drill the ground while the bead rotates in accordance with rotation of the rod; a drilling case having an inner hollow portion to receive the drilling member and pressed into the ground in accordance with the bead is drilled; and a front end sealing unit provided on one side of the bead to seal a front end of the drilling case after the drilling case is pressed. Therefore, the present invention enables the drilling case of a horizontal well drilling device used for installing a porous pipe connected with a well to be pressed and enables the front end of the drilling case to be sealed in order to prevent soil or sand and gravel from being introduced into the drilling case to completely install well materials.
본 발명은 지지판의 일측면에 결합되어 회전 구동력을 제공하는 구동모터와; 상기 구동모터에 연결되어 상기 구동모터에서 제공되는 회전 구동력에 의하여 회전 구동하는 로드와, 상기 로드의 단부에 구비되어 상기 로드의 회전 구동에 따라 회전하면서 지반을 천공하는 비드로 이루어지는 천공부재와; 내부에 중공이 형성되어 상기 천공부재를 상기 중공에 수용하고 상기 비드가 굴진함에 따라 상기 지반에 압입되는 굴진케이스와; 상기 굴진케이스의 압입이 완료된 후에 상기 굴진케이스의 선단을 폐쇄할 수 있도록 상기 비드의 일측에 구비되는 선단폐쇄부를 포함함으로써, 취수정과 연결되는 유공관의 설치를 위하여 사용되는 수평 착정 장치의 굴진케이스의 압입이 완료됨과 동시에 상기 굴진케이스의 선단이 폐쇄되도록 함으로써 굴진케이스의 내부로 토사나 모래 및 자갈이 유입되지 않도록 하여 완벽하게 우물자재를 설치할 수 있다.
