POLYURETHANE COATING HUME PIPE
A polyurethane coating hume pipe according to the present invention comprises: a pipe unit formed from a concrete material; and a lining layer formed on the inner circumferential surface of the pipe unit. The lining layer is formed from a polyurethane resin composite material. The polyurethane resin composite comprises 100 wt% of a mixture of isocyanate and polyol. The polyurethane resin composite further comprises 30-60 wt% of an aggregate, 10-20 wt% of a plasticizer, 10-30 wt% of a pigment, and 3-6 wt% of silicon carbide.
본 발명은 콘크리트 재질의 관부, 상기 관부 내주연에 라이닝층이 형성되며, 상기 라이닝층은 폴리우레탄 수지 조성물 재질로 구성되되, 상기 폴리우레탄 수지조성물은 이소시아네이트와 폴리올 혼합물 100중량부에 대해 골재 30 내지 60중량부, 가소제 10 내지 20중량부, 안료 10 내지 30중량부, 실리콘카바이드 3 내지 6중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 코팅 흄관에 관한 것이다.
