PILE PRESSING APPARATUS WITH WEDGE HOUSING AND PILE ANCHORAGE METHOD THEREWITH

The present invention relates to a pile pressing apparatus using a wedge device and a pile head fixing method using the same more easily pressing and installing a pile in the ground considering verticality of the pile. The pile head fixing method comprises: a verticality controlling guide pipe; an upper anchor rod; a wedge device having a wedge housing having a wedge insertion hole (S) and a wedge installed to be inserted into the wedge insertion hole (S); the pile inserted into the verticality controlling guide pipe to penetrate the center hole of a lower anchorage plate to be installed to be engaged with the wedge; and a pressing means installed between the upper anchorage plate and the lower anchorage plate to be operated to enable the lower anchorage plate to be moved along the upper anchor rod.

지반에 파일의 수직도를 고려하여 보다 용이하게 압입 시공할 수 있는 웻지장치를 이용한 파일압입장치 및 이를 이용한 파일 두부정착방법에 관한 것으로서 상기 파일 두부정착장치는 수직도조절용 가이드관; 상부앵커봉; 웻지삽입공(S)이 형성된 웻지하우징과 상기 웻지삽입공(S)에 삽입되도록 설치된 웻지를 포함하는 웻지장치; 수직도조절용 가이드관에 삽입되어 하부정착판의 중앙홀을 관통하여 상기 웻지에 물려지도록 설치된 파일; 및 상기 상부정착판과 하부정착판 사이에 설치되어 하부정착판을 상부앵커봉을 따라 이동하도록 작동되는 압입수단;을 포함한다.
