CLAMPING APPARATUS FOR CASING ROTATOR
The present invention relates to a clamping apparatus for a casing rotator and, more specifically, to a clamping apparatus for a casing rotator, which can grasp a casing because a wedge clamp does not diverge from a guide groove on a clamp body and slides. The clamping apparatus for a casing rotator includes a wedge clamp, a clamp body, and a connecting means. The wedge clamp has a wedge-shape and grasps a casing. The clamp body has a penetrating hole wherein the casing can be inserted, and has a guide groove which guides the wedge clamp inward to grasp the casing inserted into the penetrating hole during the descending of the wedge clamp. The connecting means connects the wedge clamp with an upper frame so that the wedge clamp can advance side by side in a radius direction of the clamp body during the ascending or descending of the wedge clamp by the upper frame. In addition, a pair of links limits the wedge clamp to move only horizontally while forming a parallelogram. Thus, the pair of links can support even when excessive moment applies to the wedge clamp, and can prevent the separation of wedge clamp from the clamp body.
본 발명은 케이싱 로테이터용 클램프장치에 대한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 웨지클램프가 클램프바디의 가이드홈에서 벗어나지 않고 슬라이딩을 하여 케이싱을 파지할 수 있는 케이싱 로테이터용 클램프장치에 대한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 케이싱 로테이터용 클램프장치는 웨지클램프와, 클램프바디와, 연결수단을 포함한다. 상기 웨지클램프는 웨지형상이며 케이싱을 파지한다. 상기 클램프바디는 내부에 케이싱이 삽입될 수 있는 관통공이 형성되고, 상기 웨지클램프가 하강하면 상기 웨지클램프가 상기 관통공에 삽입된 케이싱을 파지할 수 있도록 안쪽으로 안내하는 가이드홈이 형성된다. 상기 연결수단은 상부프레임에 의해서 상기 웨지클램프가 상하강될 때 상기 클램프바디의 반경방향으로 병진이동을 할 수 있게 상기 웨지클램프를 상기 상부프레임에 연결시킨다. 본 발명에 의하면, 한 쌍의 링크로 웨지클램프가 평행사변형을 이루면서 평행이동만 하도록 제한한다. 그래서 웨지클램프에 과도한 모멘트가 작용하더라도 한 쌍의 링크가 이를 지지할 수 있다. 그래서 웨지클램프가 클램프바디에서 이탈하는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
