    The present invention relates to an environmentally-friendly spur dike for improving a quality of water. More specifically, the present invention is installed perpendicular to the water surface along a slope of the seashore or a stream or a reservoir. The present invention comprises: a planar panel; and a porous panel positioned in a lower side of the planar panel and having a plurality of holes. A water wheel is installed in an upper end of the planar panel to provide a habitat and a passage of fish and promotes generation of downflow so as to enhance water quality improvement capability.

    본 발명은 수질개선을 위한 친환경 수제에 관한 것으로서, 특히 해안이나 하천 또는 저수지의 경사면을 따라 수면에 대하여 수직이 되도록 설치되고; 평판패널과, 상기 평판패널의 하측에 위치되고 다수의 구멍이 형성된 다공패널로 구성되며, 상기 평판패널의 상단에 수차가 설치되어, 어류의 서식지와 통로가 제공될 뿐만 아니라 하향류의 발생을 촉진함으로써 수질개선능력을 향상할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
