TENON JOINT OF ATYPIA GREED SHELL STRUCTURE
The present invention provides a tenon joint of an atypical grid shell structure for being produced simply and easily and for building a stable atypical grid shell structure as the connection part is reinforced. According to a proper embodiment of the present invention, the tenon joint of the present invention comprises: a joint center member which comprises: a hollow part formed in the center by forming a polygonal cross-section circumscribed as a number of unit members are connected; a hanging piece connected along the external circumference of the hollow part; a top bridge connection having a top bridge inserting hole in the center, which is connected to the end of one side of the unit members; and a top bridge fastening nut connected to the internal surface of a top bridge connecting plate; and a pipe-shaped connecting member having a hanging groove, into which the hanging piece is inserted, on both ends. The unit members comprise: a center wing unit folded into the shape of a plate and piled up by being close to each other on a plane; a polygonal plate-shaped unit bent on the center wing unit to the sides for providing a polygonal cross-section of the hollow part; and a wing unit for side connection bent at each end of the polygonal plate-shaped unit to the outside.
본 발명은 제작이 간단 용이하고, 접합부의 보강이 이루어져 안정된 비정형 그리드 쉘 구조물을 시공할 수 있도록 한 비정형 그리드 쉘 구조물의 테넌 조인트를 제공한다, 본 발명의 적절한 실시 형태에 따르면, 다수개의 단위부재가 접합되어져 외접되는 다각 단면을 형성하여 중앙에 형성된 중공, 중공의 외측 둘레를 따라 접합된 걸침편, 중앙에 상부 브리지 삽입공을 갖고 단위부재의 일측 단부에 접합되어 있는 상부 브리지 연결과, 상부 브리지 연결판의 내면에 접합되어 있는 상부 브리지 체결너트를 갖는 조인트 중심부재와, 상기 걸침편에 끼움되는 걸침홈을 양단부에 갖는 파이프형 연결부재를 포함하고; 상기 단위부재는 판상으로 접어져 일평면에서 밀착 상태로 포개져 있는 중앙 날개부, 중앙 날개부에서 양쪽으로 절곡되어 중공의 다각 단면을 제공하는 다각 판상부, 다각 판상부의 각 단부에서 외측으로 절곡된 측면 접합용 날개부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 한다.
