OVERTURNABLE AUTOMATIC WATERGATE
The present invention relates to an overturnable automatic watergate capable of allowing an overturnable automatic watergate to stand or lay down by pulling a wire by using a hydraulic cylinder embedded in the overturnable automatic watergate. According to the present invention, the hydraulic cylinder is embedded and fixed in the upper space of the overturnable automatic watergate, and a wire fixing plate is horizontally sliding according to expansion and contraction of the hydraulic cylinder. A pair of wires fixed to the wire fixing plate are engaged to a fixing roller fixed to the upper space in the U-shape and S-shape, and face the lateral surface of the overturnable automatic watergate. The wire is fixed to a moving roller in the lateral surface of the overturnable automatic watergate along a guide roller in the upper part of the lateral surface of the overturnable automatic watergate, and the moving roller is vertically moved along the guide roller. The moving roller is protruding to the lateral surface of the overturnable automatic watergate, and inserted into a moving groove in the form of a half moon fixed to an embankment. A foreign substance blocking apparatus is installed for not only moving the moving roller to the inside of the half moon-shaped moving groove but also blocking a foreign substance from flowing in the moving groove.
본 발명은 전도게이트에 내장된 유압실린더로 와이어를 당김으로써 전도게이트의 세워짐과 눕혀짐이 이루어지도록 하는 전도 게이트에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 전도게이트의 상부공간에 유압실린더를 내장시켜 고정시키고, 상기 유압실린더의 신축에 따라 와이어 고정판이 좌우로 슬라이딩되게 하며, 상기 와이어 고정판에 고정된 한 쌍의 와이어는 상부공간에 고정된 고정롤러에 U자 형태와 S자 형태로 걸려서 전도게이트의 측면을 향하게 하고, 상기 와이어는 전도게이트의 측면 상부에서 가이드롤러를 타고 전도게이트의 측면에서 이동롤러에 고정하되 상기 이동롤러는 가이드레일을 타고 상하로 이동되게 하며, 상기 이동롤러는 전도게이트의 측면으로 돌출되어 제방에 고정되는 반달형 이동홈에 끼워지게 하고, 상기 반달형 이동홈의 내측으로 이동롤러의 이동은 보장하되 이동홈으로 이물질이 유입되는 것은 차단하는 이물질 차단장치를 설치함으로써 이루어진다.
