The present invention relates to a one-touch antifreeze water tap capable of being easily repaired and, more specifically, relates to a one-touch antifreeze water tap capable of being easily repaired wherein is capable of easily controlling a water discharge control valve buried underground and selectively connecting flow passages of a water supply pipe, an embedded pipe, and a discharge port using an external antifreeze valve; installing a connecting member mutually connecting the embedded pipe and water supply pipe to be separated or integrated; preventing a problem where the discharge port through which a remaining water which is discharged is clogged by soil or foreign materials by mounting a water discharge cap on a lowermost end of a protective housing, filtering members inside the water discharge cap and around a discharge port for discharging the remaining water, and being easily repaired without excavation even in cases where replacement is not necessary due to malfunctions.
