The present invention relates to a latch for excavators. It includes a lock which has a penetration hole in a center, a front combination groove which is open downwards to fix a front pin installed in an operation room, a back combination groove which is open forwards to fix a back pin installed in the operation room, a rotation groove which receives the fixing protrusion of a lever and a holding protrusion which touches the fixing protrusion of the lever; a lever which has fixing protrusion which has one end which is inserted into the rotation groove of the lock or touches the holding protrusion, the other end which has a handle for holding things; a base which comprises a first fixing shaft which penetrates the penetration hole of the lock to fix the position of the lock and a second fixing shaft which penetrates the penetration hole of the lever to fix the position; a first torsion spring which is installed on the first fixing shaft of the base, has one end combined with the base, and the other end combined with the lock, and rotates the lock around the first fixing shaft in one direction; a second torsion spring which is installed on the second fixing shaft of the base, has one end combined with the base, and the other end combined with the lever, and rotates the lock around the second fixing shaft in the same direction as the lock; a cover which includes a first fixing groove into which the end of the first fixing shaft is inserted, and a second fixing groove into which the end of the second fixing shaft is inserted; and a combination unit which stably fixes the cover to the base.
