The present invention relates to a marine pile installation apparatus and, more specifically, relates to a marine pile installation apparatus installed in a ship to quickly install a variety of marine piles such as a base structure, a marine wind power generator, and the like on sea. According to the present invention, a marine pile installation apparatus comprises: a mounting unit installed in a ship, wherein a plurality of marine piles are loaded; a plurality of moving blocks installed inside the mounting unit to support the marine piles to be kept being vertically erected, and horizontally moving inside the mounting unit to respectively move the supported marine piles; and a lifting apparatus installed in an upper end of the mounting unit, and selectively coupled to the marine piles to move the marine piles in a vertical direction.
