The present invention relates to a pollution prevention film capable of greatly strengthening opposing power against a wave as multiple tubes are embedded in a floating part, and preventing environmental pollution as a tube in a floating part is not lost and a function of a pollution prevention film is not lost even if the floating part is damaged. According to the present invention, a buoyant outer part (10) includes a tube imbedded hole (11) in a longitudinal direction, and a pollution prevention film member (20) and a weight member (30) are equipped in the lower part of the buoyant outer part (10). Multiple plastic tubes (40) are inserted in a line and embedded into the tube imbedded hole (11). In both sides of the plastic tube (40), at least one connection part (41,41′) having a fastening hole (41a) is equipped to be protruding respectively. The connection part (41,41′) of one plastic tube (40) and the connection part (41,41′) of the other plastic tube (40) adjacent to both sides respectively are overlapped respectively and connected to each other by a fastening part (42). A net (50) is furthermore covered in a circumferential surface outside the buoyant outer part (10).
