The present invention relates to a removable safety handrail pole installed in a veranda or a balcony or the like of a building (a high-rise building, an apartment, a school, etc.) to prevent a falling accident caused by negligence in advance. Moreover, as an installed safety handrail pole is simply and quickly removed, people can escape if people quickly evacuate through a veranda or a balcony due to fire or other hazards in a school for disabled or the like. To achieve the objective of the present invention, the removable safety handrail pole comprises: a supporting member (31) fixed to one side of a building and having a space part (31a); an elastic member (35) elastically installed inside the supporting member; and a bracket (30) as a stopper means for supporting the elastic member while the elastic member is pressed. Moreover, if an external force is removed after an elastic member (35) is pressed by pushing one end of a handrail rod (36) to the inside of a supporting member (31), the handrail rod (36) is pushed out by a restoring force of the elastic member (35).
