The present invention provides a train platform safety device comprising: a plurality of main bodies (110) installed in a selected position; a driving member (120) installed on one side of the main body (110); a second rotor (123) rotating by operation of the driving member (120); a third rotor (125) connected to one side of the second rotor (123); a lift member (100) composed of a plurality of blocks (130); a rope to block a passenger or enable the passenger to pass; and at least one or more multi-stage blocks (140). The present invention enables the rope to block the passenger to sequentially be moved upward to enable the passenger to enter a train, and enables the rope to be moved downward when the train starts to safely block the passenger.
