Provided in the present invention is a floating type power plant facility mooring apparatus mooring a power plant facility in the quay comprising: a support installed and secured to a ground face of the quay; and a fixating part coupled to the support extending in a horizontal direction, and connecting the support and the floating type power plant facility such that the floating height of the floating power plant facility is constant.
