PANELS FOR FLOOR HEATING SYSTEM
The present invention relates to a panel for building a floor heating system. The panel (100) is capable of controlling the entire length of a heating pipe (220) and a distribution pipe (210) by placing the distribution pipe (210) in a distribution pipe groove (110) while placing the heating pipe (210) in a heating pipe groove (120) as the heating pipe groove (120) and the distribution pipe groove (110) are formed. As a protrusion (180) is formed on a rear surface of the panel (100), a loss of heat to the floor is reduced. As a mortar groove (162) is formed in a position of a front surface of the panel (100) in which the heating pipe groove (120) and the distribution pipe groove (110) are not formed, the thickness is increased through the protrusion to secure sufficient thickness between the floor and the heating system. Insulation and noise blocking effects are improved by forming an air layer. As the thickness of mortar is increased in a corresponding part through the mortar groove, the strength of a mortar layer is improved to reduce cracks.
