A dial type locking device is disclosed. The dial type locking device includes: a main body; a dial bundle rotationally joined to the main body, wherein a setting ring part rotating with the rotation of a dial is aligned when a correct PIN number is inputted; an opening and closing operation part rotationally joined to the main body to operate an opening and closing piece with the rotation of the dial bundle; and a changeable operation part joined to the dial bundle to rotate the setting ring part.
