The present invention relates to a device for pressurizing a bead in a traffic lane painting machine, which is mounted in a traffic lane painting machine and enables a roller to push a glass bead sprayed on traffic lane paint for the glass bead to be embedded in a surface of the traffic lane paint. According to the present invention, in a device for pressurizing a bead in a traffic lane painting machine, a reference fixed plate (110) is connected to a bead injection device (200) of a traffic lane painting machine (10) by a plurality of first connection rods (115). A height variable plate (130) is mounted on a height adjustment means (120) mounted on the reference fixed plate (110). The height variable plate (130) is arranged in a lower portion of the reference fixed plate (110).
