A door opening restricting apparatus is disclosed. According to the present invention, the door opening restricting apparatus includes: a vehicle body bracket fixated to a vehicle body; a door bracket fixated to a door and joined to the vehicle body bracket; a hinge shaft passing through the vehicle body bracket and the door bracket to be rotated with the door bracket; and a rotation restricting part joined to the hinge shaft to restrict the rotation of the hinge shaft.
