The present invention relates to an automatic water sampler for a combined sewer overflow (CSO) comprising: a casing wherein a water storage part is connected inside and outside to allow water to flow in and store, and an accepting chamber on one side to be connected to a top; a water sampling part connected to the water storage part to sample water; a cover to cover the top of the casing; and an opening and closing unit buried in the accepting chamber to open and close the cover.
