The present invention relates to a horizontal drainage system for the inside of a joint pipe, which has a function to discharge all amount of sewage flowing through an inlet pipe and to block a bad smell flowing back from a discharge pipe. To achieve this, the present invention comprises: a body (10) having inclined rails (12a, 12b); an inlet side cover (20) and a discharge side cover (30) which has a same size, wherein an inlet hole (21) and a discharge hole (31) are formed; and a buoyancy spherical body (40) of which a position is moved by water pressure and buoyancy of sewage.
