RECLAMATION METHOD
The present invention relates to a public waters reclamation method and, more specifically, relates to a public waters reclamation method which alternately lays phosphoric acid plaster and soil in layers without mixing phosphoric acid plaster with soil, and laying the same. According to the present invention, the public waters reclamation method comprises the steps of: (1) preparing reclamation soil with a phosphoric acid plaster layer by uniformly mixing 1-30 parts by weight of furnace slag powder and 1-70 parts by weight of fluidized bed boiler incinerated ash by a furnace desulfurization method, which contains 20-70 wt% of CaO, with respect to 100 parts by weight of phosphoric acid plaster; (2) laying the reclamation soil with a phosphoric acid plaster layer on public waters; and (3) laying soil on an upper portion of the reclamation soil with a phosphoric acid plaster layer.
