The present invention relates to an artificial reef structure and a fishing environment composing structure using the same, wherein the artificial reef structure comprises: a plurality of piles (100) formed on a lower surface in water; and a reef unit (200) formed to surround an outer surface of the piles (100), and made of porous material. Accordingly, a user can safely enjoy fishing at the seaside or riverside.
