INSULATION WINDOW FRAME
An insulation window frame according to the present invention is capable of firmly fixing an adhering bar of a supporting frame to an inner frame by screws successively passing through partitioning walls, the adhering bar, and an outer wall while the adhering bar is interposed and fixated between the outer wall and partitioning walls by covering a groove of the inner frame using the outer wall of an internal insulating material, forming the partitioning walls protruding from both inner surface of the outer wall, inserting and joining the adhering bar of the supporting frame between the outer wall and the partitioning wall, forming a supporting bar protruding from one surface of the adhering bar, forming a separation preventing protrusion on the outer surface of the supporting bar, and inserting and joining an external insulating material to the outer surface of the supporting bar and thereafter coupling multiple screws to the adhering bar of the supporting frame and the internal insulating material in a longitudinal direction. The present invention is capable of firmly fixing the supporting frame to the inner frame by adjusting the number of the screw coupled to the internal insulating material and the supporting frame in the longitudinal direction according to the length of the inner frame or a weight of a window and obtaining a strong fixing force of the supporting frame by coupling the supporting frame to the inner frame by the screws while the supporting frame is coupled between the outer wall of the internal insulating material and the partitioning walls. Accordingly, the present invention is capable of preventing the window from falling to the ground by preventing the supporting frame from being separated from the groove of the inner frame, obtaining a horizontal fixing force by coupling the screws to both sides of the internal insulating material and supporting frame, increasing an insulating effect by covering the supporting frame with the internal and external insulating materials, and improving the reliability of the product.
