OIL PRESSURE LOW AUGER OF HALF TURE FOR GROUND EXCAVATOR
The present invention relates to a half-turn hydraulic lower auger for a ground excavator lifted along a guide rod of a leader of a crawler crane. The half-turn hydraulic lower auger for a ground excavator comprises: a lower auger body configured to be slid on the guide rod, lifted along the guide rod, and having an inner space; two auger hydraulic cylinders having one sides hinged and coupled to both sides of an inner surface of the lower auger body and connected with a hydraulic device of the crawler crane by a hydraulic hose; a lower auger hydraulic device including auger hydraulic cylinder rods inserted into the each of the auger hydraulic cylinders to be discharged from the auger hydraulic cylinder or inserted; a rack hinged and coupled to the other side of the lower auger hydraulic device and having a rack gear formed on one side surface; and a pinion having a pinion gear formed on an outer circumferential surface engaged with the rack gear of the rack and having a cylinder body. The lower auger hydraulic device is connected with the hydraulic device of the crawler crane by a hydraulic hose, so the pinion reciprocates by hydraulic action of the crawler crane and uses an oil pressure of the hydraulic device of the crawler crane to easily be operated. The lower auger hydraulic device does not need a configuration of a separate motor, a reducer, a gear box, and a generator, has a simple configuration, and is light-weight, thereby having excellent energy efficiency.
