Moreover, the window frame is capable of sliding and being opened downward and upward in the front side and the rear side of the window frame to have a plurality of window frames having a plurality of opening and closing functions provided to one window frame to secure the space between the window frames to have a double skin system and a heat insulation property and prevents dew condensation. Moreover, when the present invention is applied to a high-rise building, the upward opening window frame and the sliding window frame and the downward opening window frame are closely attached to the window frame to improve watertightness and airtightness and sound insulation performance or heat insulation performance.
