Provided is a fixing device of an adjustable pad for a railway rail, which comprises a fixing means surrounded or bound to be fixated on a sleeper for the adjustable pad not to be left with respect to vibration or an impact in case a body of the adjustable pad is interposed between the sleeper and the rail so as to enable the adjustable pad interposed between the rail and the sleeper not to be left by vibration or external pressure to be closely fixated. Therefore, after installing the adjustable pad, in case an impact is generated in accordance with vibration of a vehicle and maintenance, high safety in accordance with driving a vehicle can be secured by preventing the adjustable pad from being left or slanted to one side.
레일과 침목 사이에 개재되는 가변패드를 진동이나 외부 압력에 의해서도 이탈됨 없이 긴밀하게 밀착 고정이 이루어질 수 있도록 상기 가변패드의 본체 서로 대응되는 면에 침목과 레일 사이로 개재시 진동이나 충격에 대하여 상기 가변패드가 이탈되지 않도록 상기 침목에 감싸 고정되거나 결속하여 고정되는 고정수단;을 포함하는 철도 레일용 가변패드의 고정장치를 제공한다. 그에 따라 가변패드를 설치 후 차량의 진동이나 유지보수에 따른 충격 발생시에도 가변패드가 이탈되거나 일측으로 치우치는 현상을 방지하여 차량 운행에 따른 높은 안전성을 확보할 수 있는 효과를 가진다.
