The present invention relates to a vehicle overspeed preventing device, a vehicle overspeed preventing system including the same, and an operating method thereof. The vehicle overspeed preventing system according to the embodiment of the present invention includes the overspeed preventing device which protrudes from the ground, obtains pressure energy due to a pressing degree of a driving vehicle, obtains environment energy within a critical range, converts the obtained pressure energy and environment energy into electric energy, and emits light to the outside based on the converted energy, an energy storage device which stores energy obtained by the overspeed preventing device, and a camera which senses the vehicle passing through the overspeed preventing device and obtains an image and information including the speed of the driving vehicle.
본 발명은 차량 과속 방지 장치, 이를 포함한 과속 방지 시스템 및 그 동작 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 차량 과속 방지 시스템은 지면으로부터 돌출되도록 설치되어 통행 차량에 의해 가압되는 정도에 따른 압력 에너지를 취득하고, 임계 범위 이내의 환경 에너지를 취득하고, 상기 취득된 압력 에너지 및 환경 에너지를 전기 에너지로 변환하고, 상기 변환된 에너지를 기초하여 외부로 빛을 방출하는 과속 방지 장치; 상기 과속 방지 장치로부터 취득되는 에너지를 저장하기 위한 에너지 저장장치; 상기 과속 방지 장치를 통행하는 차량을 감지하고, 상기 통행 차량의 속도를 포함하는 정보 및 영상을 획득하는 카메라;를 포함한다.
