BOLLARD HAVING TRAFFIC SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM
The present invention relates to a bollard having a traffic monitoring function, wherein the bollard is installed on the roadside of a crosswalk to monitor the various violations of traffic regulations such as traffic signal violations and stop line violations with respect to vehicles passing the crosswalk and providing the violations to a traffic control center in real time. The bollard installed on the roadside of a crosswalk to guide the passage of pedestrians and vehicles according to the present invention comprises: a camera module for collecting the images of a vehicle passing a crosswalk or stopping; a camera operating part for controlling the operation of the camera module; an image analysis part for analyzing the violations of traffic regulations and specifying a corresponding vehicle using the images collected by the camera module; a communication module for transmitting the image of the vehicle and information on the vehicle corresponding to the violations of traffic regulations; and a control part for analyzing the images collected by the camera module and controlling the information on the vehicle having violated traffic regulations to be transmitted to the traffic control center.
본 발명은 횡단보도의 도로변에 설치되어 횡단보도를 통과하는 차량에 대한 신호 위반이나 정지선 위반과 같은 각종 교통 위반 여부를 감시하여 교통통제센터로 실시간으로 제공하는 교통 감시 기능을 구비한 볼라드에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 횡단보도가 마련된 도로변에 설치되어 보행자 및 차량의 통행을 안내하는 볼라드에 있어서, 횡단보도를 통과하거나 정지하는 차량의 영상을 수집하는 카메라 모듈; 상기 카메라 모듈의 동작을 제어하는 카메라 구동부; 상기 카메라 모듈에서 수집된 영상을 이용하여 교통 위반 여부를 분석하고 해당 차량을 특정하는 영상 분석부; 교통 위반에 해당하는 차량의 영상과 차량 정보를 교통통제센터로 전송하는 통신 모듈; 및 상기 카메라 모듈에서 수집되는 영상을 분석하여 교통 위반 차량의 정보가 상기 교통통제센터로 전송되도록 제어하는 제어부;로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
