ANCHOR BOLT UNIT AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ANCHOR BOLT UNIT
The present invention is to provide an anchor bolt unit to prevent a bolt socket from being deflected from a hole of a concrete structure by combining a support ring to a screw unit formed on the outer circumference surface of the bolt socket and touching the support ring to the lower side of the hole of the concrete structure, and a construction method thereof. The anchor bolt unit according to the present invention which fixates a fixed object to the concrete structure by being inserted into the hole of the concrete structure and being fixated on the hole of the concrete structure by an adhesive and comprises: a fixing bolt including a body unit wherein a screw unit is formed on the outer circumference surface, and a head unit which is integrally formed on one side of the body unit; the bolt socket which is formed in a cylindrical shape, forms a screw unit on the outer circumference surface, and includes an insertion hole wherein the screw unit is formed on one side to correspond with the screw unit formed in the body unit of the fixing bolt, and an inclined unit on the other side; a washer located between the fixing bolt and the bolt socket; and the support ring to prevent the bolt socket from being deflected after being inserted into the hole of the concrete by being combined with the screw unit formed on the outer circumference surface of the bolt socket.
본 발명은 볼트소켓의 외주면 상에 형성되는 나사부에 지지링을 결합함으로써 지지링이 콘크리트 구조물의 천공의 하부와 맞닿게 되어 볼트소켓이 콘크리트 구조물의 천공에서 처지는 것을 방지하여 피고정물을 안정적으로 고정할 수 있도록 하는 앵커 볼트 유니트 및 앵커 볼트의 시공방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 앵커볼트 유니트는 콘크리트 구조물의 천공에 삽입되어 접착제에 의해 상기 콘크리트 구조물의 천공에 고정되어 피고정물을 상기 콘크리트 구조물에 고정하기 위한 앵커볼트 유니트에 있어서, 외주면 상에 나사부가 형성되는 몸통부를 갖고, 상기 몸통부의 일측에 일체로 형성되는 머리부를 갖는 고정볼트와; 원통형상으로 이루어져 외주면 상에 나사부가 형성되고, 일측에 상기 고정볼트의 몸통부에 형성되는 나사부와 대응되도록 나사부가 형성되는 삽입공을 가지며, 타측에 경사부를 갖는 볼트소켓과; 상기 고정볼트와 볼트소켓 사이에 위치되는 와셔와; 상기 볼트소켓의 외주면 상에 형성되는 나사부에 결합되어 상기 볼트소켓이 콘크리트의 천공에 삽입되어 처지는 것을 방지하기 위한 지지링을 포함하는 것을 특징으로한다.

The present invention is to provide an anchor bolt unit to prevent a bolt socket from being deflected from a hole of a concrete structure by combining a support ring to a screw unit formed on the outer circumference surface of the bolt socket and touching the support ring to the lower side of the hole of the concrete structure, and a construction method thereof. The anchor bolt unit according to the present invention which fixates a fixed object to the concrete structure by being inserted into the hole of the concrete structure and being fixated on the hole of the concrete structure by an adhesive and comprises: a fixing bolt including a body unit wherein a screw unit is formed on the outer circumference surface, and a head unit which is integrally formed on one side of the body unit; the bolt socket which is formed in a cylindrical shape, forms a screw unit on the outer circumference surface, and includes an insertion hole wherein the screw unit is formed on one side to correspond with the screw unit formed in the body unit of the fixing bolt, and an inclined unit on the other side; a washer located between the fixing bolt and the bolt socket; and the support ring to prevent the bolt socket from being deflected after being inserted into the hole of the concrete by being combined with the screw unit formed on the outer circumference surface of the bolt socket.
본 발명은 볼트소켓의 외주면 상에 형성되는 나사부에 지지링을 결합함으로써 지지링이 콘크리트 구조물의 천공의 하부와 맞닿게 되어 볼트소켓이 콘크리트 구조물의 천공에서 처지는 것을 방지하여 피고정물을 안정적으로 고정할 수 있도록 하는 앵커 볼트 유니트 및 앵커 볼트의 시공방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 앵커볼트 유니트는 콘크리트 구조물의 천공에 삽입되어 접착제에 의해 상기 콘크리트 구조물의 천공에 고정되어 피고정물을 상기 콘크리트 구조물에 고정하기 위한 앵커볼트 유니트에 있어서, 외주면 상에 나사부가 형성되는 몸통부를 갖고, 상기 몸통부의 일측에 일체로 형성되는 머리부를 갖는 고정볼트와; 원통형상으로 이루어져 외주면 상에 나사부가 형성되고, 일측에 상기 고정볼트의 몸통부에 형성되는 나사부와 대응되도록 나사부가 형성되는 삽입공을 가지며, 타측에 경사부를 갖는 볼트소켓과; 상기 고정볼트와 볼트소켓 사이에 위치되는 와셔와; 상기 볼트소켓의 외주면 상에 형성되는 나사부에 결합되어 상기 볼트소켓이 콘크리트의 천공에 삽입되어 처지는 것을 방지하기 위한 지지링을 포함하는 것을 특징으로한다.
